Once you have received your written quotation from us, should you proceed, you are required to make a booking to schedule your project in along with your deposit. Your booking is made at the next available date, or a date requested prior. Bookings are treated as ‘first in, best dressed’, and will only change subject to weather conditions and delays. Prior to our arrival the following guidelines are to be met (a full checklist can be downloaded below):
- Unless quoted otherwise, pool is to be clean and free from all debris and water (small amounts of clean rainwater are accepted)
- Pool fence installed and council approved
- Filtration system installed and operational
- Correct colour selected
- Ensure no other trades on site day of install
- Water and power available
- You have read and understood maintenance and care procedures
- As we will fill pool on completion of works, ensure all lighting is installed and seal, coping and waterline is completed and all required fittings/brackets for lights, pipes and hydrostatic valves are available
- An area to pump slurry and clean tools. (if slurry cannot be pumped on site, bins will need to be provided by Stonerite)
